Wear items such as friction plates, seals and filters are excluded unless they are found defective on arrival. Any claim must be raised within 7 days of delivery, with photos or video of the part and its packaging. Claims are settled by refund or credit against the next order, as agreed case by case; return freight for warranty claims is at the buyer's cost.
