Quality control — how we check what we ship
Automatic transmission assemblies and parts, checked one item at a time before they leave our Guangzhou warehouse. This is the sequence every order goes through, and what you get from us in writing before you pay.
We work as an exporter and supplier from Huadu, Guangzhou, China, so this check is the last step before an item is packed for courier or handed to your forwarder.
1. The version is confirmed before anything is quoted
Send the code stamped on the casing, two or three photos of the unit, or the vehicle details. Transmissions that look almost identical do not interchange — 09G, 09M and 09K are different units, and 6DCT450 is not DPS6. We confirm the exact version with you first, because a part that fits the wrong version is a loss for both sides.
2. The item is checked against that version
The castings, the connector and sensor layout and the number on the unit are compared with the version you confirmed. If something does not match what you asked for, we say so before the offer goes out — not after the goods have arrived.
3. The condition is stated per item
Our parts come in a range of conditions, and the condition is not a grade applied to a whole range: it is stated for the individual item we are offering, together with the warranty that goes with it, in writing, before you pay.
4. You see the actual unit, not a catalogue picture
Every offer is accompanied by photos and video of the unit in our Guangzhou stock. If a detail matters to you — a casting number, a connector, a bore, the state of a sealing face — tell us and we photograph that detail for you before you decide.
5. Export packing
Orders are export packed: machined faces and electrical parts are protected for the trip, and cartons are chosen to suit the part and the way it is travelling — air, sea or courier. Packing photos of your own order can be taken on request.
6. Inspection before shipment is welcome
You, or a third party you appoint, are welcome to inspect the goods before they are shipped. Tell us before the order is packed and we arrange the timing with you.
7. Everything important is in writing before you pay
The proforma invoice states the part, the version, the condition of that item, the quantity, the price, the payment terms and the lead time. Payment details are only ever on the invoice we send you — never typed into a chat message we send first.
Payment terms, minimum order and shipping questions are answered on the buyer FAQ; every model we publish is listed under transmissions by model. If a code on your unit looks like another one, see similar transmission codes explained.
The check itself, filmed — not a stock clip
Filmed by our own team in the Guangzhou warehouse while an item was being checked — the step that comes before anything is packed. This is the kind of clip you get with an offer: the actual unit, not a manufacturer animation and not somebody else's photo.
Clips are muted on some phones — the burned-in captions on each one say what is being shown. Ask us for a specific detail (a casting number, a connector, a bore, the state of a sealing face) and we film that instead.
Packing and dispatch, filmed in our own warehouse
Once an item has been checked and paid for, it is packed on our own floor and handed to the forwarder. No stock photography and no studio shots — these are parcels from our own floor.

Ask us to check something specific
Send the transmission code, two or three photos of the unit or a part number. If you want a particular detail photographed or a particular point checked on the item before you commit, put it in the message and we answer with the photo or the measurement.
