· Warranty: 6 months on remanufactured parts, covering manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage caused by improper installation, incorrect fluid or oil, overheating, accident, misuse or normal wear. Wear items such as friction plates, seals and filters are excluded unless they are found defective on arrival. Any claim must be raised within 7 days of delivery, with photos or video of the part and its packaging. Claims are settled by refund or credit against the next order, as agreed case by case; return freight for warranty claims is at the buyer's cost.

Yes — ZF builds the 9HP48 and Chrysler / FCA builds the same transmission as the 948TE. Because the OEM calibrations and part numbers differ, send the tag or part number and we confirm the exact version you need.
ZF approves only LifeGuardFluid 9 (ZF number AA01.500.001) and recommends an oil and filter change at 150,000 km. We quote the parts; the fluid itself we can source on request.
Parts come in a range of conditions, and the condition is stated per item on the offer. Ask about the part you need and we put its exact condition, and the warranty that goes with it, in writing before you pay.
