· Lead time: shipped within 5 working days after full payment is received
· Payment: 100% in advance before shipment — XTransfer (bank transfer), PayPal, WeChat Pay or Alipay; payment details are on the proforma invoice. Bank charges and PayPal fees are borne by the buyer
· Warranty: 6 months on remanufactured parts, covering manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage caused by improper installation, incorrect fluid or oil, overheating, accident, misuse or normal wear. Wear items such as friction plates, seals and filters are excluded unless they are found defective on arrival. Any claim must be raised within 7 days of delivery, with photos or video of the part and its packaging. Claims are settled by refund or credit against the next order, as agreed case by case; return freight for warranty claims is at the buyer's cost.

4. We pack, ship by air or sea, and send the tracking details.
