How Mingfeng Auto Parts handles the details you send us, and the basis on which the photos and part lists on this site are published. Written for the trade buyers we supply — if anything is unclear, message us and we will explain it in plain language.
Who we are
Guangzhou Mingfeng Auto Parts Co., Ltd. (brand TRANSFENG) — a trading company at the Huadu auto-parts market in Guangzhou, China, supplying automatic transmission assemblies and parts to importers, rebuilders and repair shops. What we collect
Only two kinds of data. (1) What you send us — when you use an enquiry form or message us: your name or company, email address, phone / WhatsApp number, country or destination port, your forwarder in China if you have one, the model or part you are asking about, your message, and any photos you choose to send. (2) Ordinary technical data — the IP address, browser and device type recorded in our server logs when a page or form is opened, which is what any web server keeps.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, confirm the exact model and part, quote a price, arrange packing, shipping and documents, and to keep the commercial record of orders and shipments. Where the law requires a legal basis (for example for customers in the EU), we rely on your request to receive a quotation and on our legitimate interest in running and securing the website; where an order is placed, on performance of that contract.
Who we share it with
Only what an order needs: the freight forwarder, carrier or courier that delivers your shipment, and the service providers that run our email and this website. We do not sell, rent or trade your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and order records are kept for as long as we are in contact and afterwards for the period commercial and accounting rules require; after that they are deleted. Server logs are rotated automatically.
Cookies and analytics
The site itself uses a small cookie to remember the page language, and a session cookie for the enquiry form so that it works. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless traffic statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that do not identify you and do not follow you to other sites. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser — the enquiry form may then need to be sent by WhatsApp or email instead.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct or delete it, or tell us to stop contacting you. Write to mingfengparts@outlook.com and we will deal with it. Emails you receive from us as part of an order will still be sent while an order is in progress.
Business-only site
This is a business-to-business catalogue for trade buyers. It is not directed at consumers or children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Terms of use of this site
Photos, texts and part lists on this site describe the stock we hold and are for information and enquiry only — they are not an offer, and the exact model, part number, quantity and condition of any item offered are confirmed with you in writing (or on WhatsApp) before you pay. Brand names and part numbers of vehicle manufacturers are used only to identify the parts we supply. Prices, availability and transit times depend on the item and the destination and are quoted per enquiry.
