We confirm the exact model and version before quoting, because models that look almost identical do not interchange — for example 09G / 09M / 09K, or 6DCT450 and DPS6. If you only have photos of the unit, send those as well.

Yes. Every offer is accompanied by photos and video of the actual unit in our Guangzhou stock — not catalogue pictures. If something on the part matters to you (a connector, a bore, a casting number), tell us and we photograph that detail.

Parts are available in a range of conditions, and the condition is stated per item rather than as a fixed grade for the whole range. Ask about the item you need and we put its exact condition, and the warranty that goes with it, in writing before you pay.

One piece. Sample and trial orders are welcome, so you can check the quality and the packing before placing a larger order.

Within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday. A WhatsApp number on your enquiry usually gets the fastest answer, and two or three photos of the unit speed the quotation up.

Export packing by default. We ship by air, sea or courier depending on the size of the order and how quickly you need it. If you have your own freight forwarder in China, give us the contact and we hand the goods over to them with the export documents prepared.

Yes — inspection by you or by a third party you appoint is welcome before shipment. Tell us before the order is packed and we arrange the timing with you.

The payment method and terms are agreed per order and stated on the proforma invoice. Bank transfer, PayPal, WeChat Pay and Alipay are all used by our buyers; the details are always on the invoice we send you, never typed into a chat message.
